The Federal Government did not send lawyers to defend the Trans Mountain Pipeline at a recent Federal Court hearing. I suppose there are number of possible explanations.
- Our Ottawa Masters could be completely, unfathomably asleep at the switch and they just missed it.
- They could be incompetent and did not know how to appear before a judge,
- They may be geographically challenged and did not know where the court room was.
- They are challenged in time management and just missed it.
- They were trying to save money.
- Or they really don’t want the pipeline built.
Either way, whatever the reason, why am I as an Albertan paying taxes to this crew.
