It is with sweet feelings that I remembered Ralph Klein, on March 29th, the anniversary of his passing.
He ranks with Earnest Manning in the pantheon of Premiers.
And as I think about him as Premier, I offer a quiet word of thanks for the people the helped him. Jim Dinning, Steve West, Rod Love and Hal Walker all played a role in his leadership.
Thanks are due to the collective of the Klein government. But my memory focuses on the man, at least on March 29th of every year.
