I am not an expert, but I have always thought taking a vaccine was for my protection. That will be my call if I want to take a risk and contract a disease. I have taken a vaccine for the Wuhan Flu dominating the news. But that was my decision.
In my view, no government has a right to require me to take a vaccine.
But then I suppose we lost that fight with motorcycle helmets. The same argument applies. So be it if I want to ride without a helmet and take the risk. Now the insurance industry would have responded quickly and added language to motorcycle coverage policies reducing or voiding personal coverage if it is proven that you did not have a helmet on in an accident. But as I say, we have lost that battle.
Now experts may have other reasons for urging vaccine mandates. But they have to be very good to invade my body with foreign substances. And frankly, I am not persuaded yet.
